Delay Analysis

John Marshall is well known as an expert in the field of construction delay analysis and planning/programming both in the UK and internationally. He has been appointed as expert advisor or expert witness in numerous disputes and has acted both as party and tribunal appointed expert and as technical assessor to tribunals.

John has experience of most types of construction projects including highways and bridges, canals, light rail, coal-handling facilities, airports and runways, power stations (CHP, nuclear, flue-gas desulphurisation), renewable energy (hydro-electric and wind farms), LNG facilities, jetties, historic buildings, hospitals, museums, office and residential developments, court buildings and theatres.

John has been involved in projects in the Far East, Africa, Central Asia and Central America as well as in many European countries.

He has acted as expert in litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. He has been cross-examined on a number of occasions and for a total of over three weeks.
